Connecta LH is the services and information App of LHospitalet City Council.Through this new channel for relations with citizens, the City Council centralizes in a single space access to the procedures, the possibility to request an appointment, stay up to date with the main news and events or communicate a complaint or suggestion.Citizens will be able to apply from their mobile phone for procedures such as change of address, registration, certificate of residence, make an application, or register a baby, among many others. In addition, they will be able to consult all the procedures available to them, even if these cannot be done digitally. Users will also be able to consult, through their citizen folder, what have been the most recent requests they have made with the city council or see what are the register data that their council has.The new channel allows citizens to receive personalized notices about what interests them most, such as street closures, leisure activities, culture and sport or subsidies to entities, among others. They will also be able to intuitively access the institutions social networks and the main utility phones, to which the option to call has been incorporated to facilitate their use.The App includes two specific spaces, one aimed at entities and another for economic activity and commerce. Through these spaces, the associative and commercial fabric of the city will be able to easily and clearly find all the procedures that they can specifically do with their City Council.
